TERMS AND CONDITONS OF THE SERVICES

It is essential to show the confirmation voucher (print or mobile phone) to our staff on the day of the visit. This voucher is valid as a receipt of payment.


The cancellation of the reservation, once confirmed, will involve some expenses:

A.- Services / General visits (except Alhambra and Generalife):

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the time of service, will be refunded except € 8 for management expenses.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not have any refund.
  • NOT SHOWING UP OR ARRIVING LATE AT THE TIME INDICATED AT THE MEETING POINT IMPLIES THE LOSS OF THE RIGHT OF THE VISIT AND THE NON-RETURN OF THE AMOUNT OF THE SERVICE.

  • Cancellations and modifications of reservations must be requested in writing from your customer area.

B.- Visits to Alhambra and Generalife:

1.- Private Visits Alhambra:

  • The amounts delivered for tickets and their management will not be refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance, will not have any refund.
  • NOT SHOWING UP OR ARRIVING LATE AT THE TIME INDICATED AT THE MEETING POINT IMPLIES THE LOSS OF THE RIGHT OF THE VISIT AND THE NON-RETURN OF THE AMOUNT OF THE SERVICE.

2.- Daily visits in Group / Regular tour:

  • Cancellations 15 days before your visit will be reimbursed except € 8 for management expenses.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before your group visit, will not have any refund.
  • NOT SHOWING UP OR ARRIVING LATE AT THE TIME INDICATED AT THE MEETING POINT IMPLIES THE LOSS OF THE RIGHT OF THE VISIT AND THE NON-RETURN OF THE AMOUNT OF THE SERVICE.

3.- Documentation and identification.


    • You must keep the entry during the entire itinerary. In case of loss you can not continue with the visit.
    • It is COMPULSORY to take your documentation (ID / Passport) on the day of the visit. If the information provided does not match the visitor's, the Alhambra may prevent access to the monument.
    • In case of requesting identification data to make the visit to the Alhambra and Generalife, you will have 24 hours to provide them or the reservation will be canceled, in this case a charge of 8 euros will be applied for processing costs.

    As established in article 44 of Law 7/1996 from the 15th of January on Retail Commerce (Ordenación del Comercio Minorista) we inform you that our products, due to their special nature, are not subject to the Right to voluntary dismissal. 

    In case you make a tour with us, you accept this terms and the published information in the web site.

    In case one person gets separated from the group during the tour, this website denies any responsibility, and no complaint will be dealt with.

    In the regulars tours, If there was not the possibility to make a group in a single language, in some occasions the visit could be carried out in two languages.

    This company and our partner companies are not responsible in case any delay takes place at the entrance of the monuments during the tours.

    According to our privacy policy, depending on the service contract, your personal data as well as credit card may be transferred to other collaborators.

    All matters concerning these services shall be subject to Spanish Law
